Tuscan Olive Oil Extra Rare

Allister
Everything Up To Eleven

Firstly, it has that rounded, almost creamy taste and texture you only get from high quality (always expensive) olive oil but then you get the fruit, which is off the chart. Then you get the wet grassy pepper. Fresh and bright. It has what whiskey drinkers would call "a long finish". Could you drink it? Not that you'd probably want to but yes. For an oil so 'full on' in flavour, it still tastes refined. Unusual and excellent.

Thank you Allister, we really appreciate your wonderful words and am glad that the complex notes and flavours of this gorgeous, Tuscan oil have come through. Our farmers, Candice and Fabrizio will be so pleased to see this.

Delicious Tasting Olive Oil

Only tried the Croatian Oil so far but it is excellent.

Thanks Steve, so glad that the Croatian oil has wowed you. We're oil ears to how you're finding the Italian duo. Keep drizzling!

Best olive oil I’ve ever tasted

I thought I’d tasted great oil and then we started our Citizens of Soil membership and I quickly realised I’d been missing out. My favourite use of the good olive oil so far has been to drizzle it on top of homemade minestrone or with figs and manchego. DELICIOUS!!!

Thanks Rachel! We're so happy to be a part of your EVOO discovery—enjoy!
