How we source

We're looking for the extraordinary. Our range represents diverse regions and cultures—but our standard go beyond just high-quality extra virgin olive oils...

Flavour

We curate the freshest and highest-quality oils, with low acidity and beautiful aromas.

Nutrition

We tend to source "high polyphenol" EVOOs, packed with antioxidants.

Equality

We champion female-led farms and projects aim at bringing more women to the table.

Regeneration

Beyond organic and "sustainable", we want to see practices that support soil health.

The Yiangou family

Country: Cyprus
Region: Peristerona
Varieties: Koroneiki & Cyrpus

Niki and Yiangos, along with their children Andreas and Christos, produce olives, carob, and roses in small grove plots surrounding their village near Nicosia, at the foothills of the majestic Troodos mountain range.

They also produce rose water and carob syrup, but making olive oil is their passion and something they’ve supported others in the area around to deliver high-quality EVOO in an increasingly difficult climate.

Consecutive droughts are wreaking havoc on the island, but the family press on, looking after century-old trees and fostering community for other farmers in their region.

Andrea & Antonio

Country: Spain
Region: Luque, Córdoba
Varieties: Picudo and Hojiblanca

Cultivating olives for over 160 years, the López family story is one of hard work, love for the land, and absolute dedication to making excellent olive oil.

Situated in the heart of the Sierra Subbética Natural Park, they are committed to enhancing the biodiversity in this rugged and beautiful area, winning them gold at last year's Ecotrama awards—a prestigious international awards recognising quality, sustainability, and commitment to organic farming.

Raquel and Ricardo Múrias

Country: Portugal
Region: Trás-os-Montes
Varieties: Cobrançosa, Verdeal, Madural, and Transmontana

When one farmer introduces us to another, it’s such a beautiful sign that we’re doing something right. This is the case of Raquel and Ricardo, friends with Marije and Edgar, who we also work with in the Olive Oil Club.

It also means that they tick every box—from quality to regeneration. “Our olive groves are living spaces, rich in biodiversity”, Raquel explains. Native plants, wildflowers, and grazing sheep and goats all naturally balance the soil.

Angelos and Sandra

Country: Greece
Region: Corfu
Varieties: Lianolia

A Greek and a Swiss brought together whilst on holiday, is now a partnership rooted in a deep care for nature, the land, and each other.

Today, they are surrounded by old Lianolia olive trees, a renowned variety planted by Aneglos’ ancestors hundreds of years ago, beside which grow wild plants, as well as legumes they sowed for soil health. Inspired by the longevity of the elders in the village, they started making a high-quality, nutritious oil that they take a spoonful of every morning and drizzle across all their meals.
