Make the most of fig season with the sweetest little bites. Perfect to serve as canapés, a lunchtime snack, or part of a cheese course. 

Simple but delicious these beautiful bites take just five minutes to assemble. You can make it your own by swapping for a different soft cheese or nut of your choice—be as creative as you like!  

Here's the method 
  • Make a cross at the top of each fig, then gently open them, keeping each whole.
  • Season a soft goat’s cheese with lemon zest, salt, and pepper, place dollops inside each fig, and nestle in a whole walnut.
  • Gently heat some olive oil with a little honey and sprigs of thyme, then drizzle over the figs and pinch this delicious parcel closed. 
  • Enjoy!
