How to make healthy overnight oats

    Serves 4

    • Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
    • Pour the wet ingredients over dry.
    • Mix well to ensure all of the dry ingredients are nicely coated.
    • Spoon all of the mix into a fridge safe container, (or you can also portion individually at this stage).
    • Leave overnight in the fridge.
    • To serve, add an extra 10 to 15ml EVOO (our delicate and grassy Greek olive oil is perfect for this) and any fresh fruit—grated apple, sliced banana, berries—or fruit compote of your choice.
    • This gives you four large portions and will last for up to five days in the fridge.
