Every oil will be a different batch. Our certified olive oil sommelier and founder, Sarah Vachon, curates new, exciting extra virgin olive oils from small-scale producers that change depending on availability.
Although the nature of the harvest and the size of our community changes, we will work to get you several different regions, styles, and varieties throughout the year.
Nose: Green almond, chicory, and green tomato.

Palate: Green vegetables. Moderately bitter with a medium peppery finish.

Pairings: Really loves a risotto, sings in soups, amazing in arugula salads, enjoys an aged cheese, and pairs beautifully with dark chocolate.
