Introducing this fresh curation from the organic groves of five families around Laconia; Vilia, Kargakos, Christofilakos, Valkanas, and Alexandrakou families. It's then milled by the Valioti family at their state-of-the-art mill to produce outstanding quality and nutrition.
Fresh and buttery, with an initial aroma of fresh-cut green grass, followed by the fragrance of herbs and tomatoes. On the palate, it has a smooth and delicate creamy feel, with distinct notes like apples coming through. The finish here is pleasant with a tingling cracked pepper spice.
