As fellow B Corp and female-founded businesses, Carmen and Sarah met at various events, falling in love with each other's products and missions. When Sarah found herself with some extra virgin olive oil that had damaged packaging and couldn't be sold, she knew who to call and Carmen and the 58 and CO team got to work. 

Each vodka is a distinctively different limited-edition vintage. They are made by repurposing ‘homeless’ extra virgin olive oil from Citizens of Soil’s Greek and Spanish ‘22—23 harvests, making it as good for the planet as it is for your tastebuds. This limited-edition collaboration is the key to a smooth, delicious dirty martini. 

Here's the method:

Makes 1 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until ice cold.
  • Take your martini glass out of the freezer and strain your cocktail.
  • Drizzle a few drops of extra virgin olive oil on top and garnish with a Nocerella olive.
  • Serve immediately.
