About Citizens of Soil:
We’re creating the UK’s favourite brand of olive oil; a show-stopping brand for modern citizens who care about quality, transparency, and sustainability.
We work with female-led groves who practise regenerative agriculture. Our oils represent the people and places they come from, with a line-up of inspiring producers across the Mediterranean under our brand, Citizens of Soil.
Our transparent supply chain means we can trace where every drop comes from and that fair pay is established from the beginning. We’re also a B Corporation using business as a force for good.
We’ve already successfully launched our products in Waitrose, Ocado, Booths, Selfridges, Fortnum & Masons, and with Michelin-starred chefs, with more new exciting new listings to come.
We've been called “the Rolex in a sea of Casio olive oils” by the Metro, with Vice saying “consider it a treat for your taste buds” and HuffPost saying our oils “get the chef’s kiss.” We’ve also been featured in “best oils” lists with The Times, Evening Standard, and Good Housekeeping.
As a team, we are ambitious, hard-working, fast movers, and we have exceptionally high standards of both our brand experience and business practices. We are powered by conviction, data, and creative thinking, and we are relentless in our pursuit of a better future for olive oil and the people and places behind it.
