Your passport to the wonderful world of olive oil.
We're looking for the extraordinary. Our range represents diverse regions and cultures—but our standard go beyond just high-quality extra virgin olive oils...
We curate the freshest and highest-quality oils, with low acidity and beautiful aromas.
We tend to source "high polyphenol" EVOOs, packed with antioxidants.
We champion female-led farms and projects aim at bringing more women to the table.
Beyond organic and "sustainable", we want to see practices that support soil health.

Refill. Return. Recycle.
Help us close the loop in these 4 easy steps...
1. Get one of our olive oil bottles (which come full) or use your own vessel.
2. Use your Club pouch to top up on the good stuff.
3. Pop your empty pouches back in the box and write "FREEPOST SAVEOURSOIL" on the parcel. Pop this in your nearest letterbox. No postage required!
4. We sort this through a private recycling programme. That way, your old pouches are turned into plastic granules and transformed into new products once again.
Extra virgin olive oil is a fresh product: 100% squeezed olives. As such, all the usual suspects—light, air, heat and time—can affect its quality. To max out on flavour and retain its high nutritional value, follow these simple rules.
Light’s out. Store in dark glass, or a fully opaque ceramic bottle. Cork in. Avoid opened ended spouts and put a stopper in your bottle. Stay cool. Keep it away from the stove or anywhere with drastic temperature changes. Pour, don’t store. Use within 3 months of opening to experience the freshest flavours.
1. Take the spout out of the bottle.
2. Rinse the bottle and the spout thoroughly.
3. Rub the bottle with some dish soap and water. Rinse again.
4. Leave it to completely dry out.
5. Refill the bottle and pop the spout back in!
We recommend cleaning your bottle after each different oil to make sure you get the full flavour experience for your new EVOO.
Return and recycle them in three simple steps:
1. Save a few pouches up (the more, the better).
2. Write FREEPOST SAVEOURSOIL on the parcel (bonus points for reusing an old box!)
3. Pop this in your nearest post box—no postage required.
👀 There's also an option to drop off at some soft-plastic recycling points around the country, so check those out here.Find out more about our pouches and how we recycle them here.

The perfect pair.
Just like wine every olive oil has it's own distinct and unique flavour, which changes from variety to variety and even from harvest to harvest.
On your pouches you'll see both tasting notes, and pairing notes.
Tasting notes are the flavours you'll find in your oil, both on the nose and on the palette.
Pairing notes are how to make your food and the oil sing.
If you're got any questions, or feedback—we're always happy to help.
