Delicious on salads

The Spanish EVOO is over 600 mg-kg polyphenols yet was only £23 therefore the value for money on that alone stands out.

It is superb on salads and I also use it in yogurt drinks first thing on a morning.

Beautiful - albeit expensive spread

Starting taking this each evening with a spoon with the aim of it to reduce cholesterol- it is quite intense and bitter on its own . Have switched to using this on sourdough as a replacement for butter as it tastes amazing and elevates any sour dough - also great on salads and pasta dishes - with its peppery finish .
