It's made as you would a top-quality extra virgin olive oil: no chemicals or additives. It's capturing the freshness of the ingredients and blending them together.
This outstanding olive oil comes from small-batch, family-owned, organically-farmed producers and were harvested between November-December 2024.
This bottle is made the award-winning producers behind our Spanish extra virgin olive oil: the Segura Gómez family from Andalucía in Spain.

The middle of 3 daughters in a multi-generational olive oil family, Marina set off on a journey to study the technical quality behind producing the best EVOOs.

When she returned home, she discovered her family’s Spanish olive oil just wasn’t good enough.

So she shut it down and started over. From a new mobile milling machine for precision quality to converting the groves organic—she overhauled everything.

And as a result, she turned her family business from just another olive oil into something outstanding, scooping up awards and recognition in just a couple of years.

Exploring the world of high-quality EVOOs and now aromatic oils made with regional ingredients, Marina and her incredible team continue to raise the bar on what olive oil can be.

Basil and pepper oul

The basil oil is fabulous in all tomatoe dishes. I even do whole meal toast , put the basil oil on the toast and then cover with sliced tomatoes .

Pepper and basil olive oil

Wonderful flavours both in cooking and just as salad dressing or dipping . Pepper has a real kick and basil delicate . Second order for me and will be more!

EVOO packed with flavour

These flavoured oils are a flavour bomb. The basil one is like liquid pesto and delicious as a salad dressing or to finish pasta. The pepper one has a real smokey finish and brilliant with tomato dishes and drizzled over pizza. Both are fantastic for dipping pizza crusts

The basil and pepper oils are exceptional quality and the most wonderful flavour. The pepper oil has a kick but just enough and as a dipping oil with balsamic is fabulous! Thoroughly recommend

Welcome you to the fascinating, yet very confusing world of extra virgin olive oil. We wrote an article all about the term "cold-pressed" if you'd like to read up in detail, but in short, it is just a marketing buzzword, as by legal definition in the EU, extra virgin olive oil is extracted without any heat or chemicals and only comes from the “first pressing” (more like squeezing) of the olives—which is exactly the definition of our products.
