    Here's the method:

    Serves 4

    • Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
    • Pour the wet ingredients over dry.
    • Mix well to ensure all of the dry ingredients are nicely coated. 
    • Spoon all of the mix into a fridge safe container, (or you can also portion individually at this stage). 
    • Leave overnight in the fridge. 
    • To serve, add an extra 10 to 15ml EVOO and any fresh fruit - grated apple, sliced banana, berries—or fruit compote of your choice. 
    • This gives you four large portions and will last for up to five days in the fridge.
